We partner with manufacturing units to build on-site, data-driven wellness programs that serve not just employees, but their families too combining physical fitness, psychological support, and preventive health tracking.
Every plan we design is backed by science, led by trained professionals, and built to deliver visible improvements in workforce energy, attendance, morale, and productivity.
We are not just service providers we are partners in your plant’s performance, well-being, and long-term growth.

Our mission
To build healthier, stronger, and more productive industrial communities by embedding structured, science-backed wellness systems directly into factory ecosystems improving the lives of employees and their families.
Our mission goes beyond impact - we aim to make employee wellness a mandated standard across industries, not an optional benefit.
Our vision
To lead a nationwide shift where every industry values and invests in the total well-being of its workforce physical, mental, and emotional.
We envision a future where employee wellness is not just encouraged, but expected, and every factory, township, and corporate plant becomes a thriving, healthy ecosystem for today’s workers and generations to come.
Form our Founder
"I grew up in a sugar mill township, not just as an observer, but as part of the system. I’ve seen the long shifts, the family sacrifices, the fatigue in workers’ eyes and also their resilience. When my own parents faced serious health issues, I realized how fragile everything becomes without good health. That’s when I committed to changing the way wellness is seen in industrial life.
ForzaForma Health isn’t just a company it’s a mission born from personal experience and built for collective transformation. I want every worker and their family to feel seen, supported, and strengthened physically, mentally, and emotionally. Because when workers thrive, industries thrive.
This is more than fitness. It’s dignity. It’s strength in the right form."
